LBTC is currently providing inspection / QC services for the NYCT Bus New Technology Upgrades.

Include the following:

• Digital Information Screens
• Bus Radio System
• New Fare Payment System
• Wi-Fi
• Pedestrian Turn Warning System
• Collision Warning System
• Bus Lane Enforcement
• Operator Camera
• Control Vehicle

General project scope includes:

• Performing a function test at the beginning of installation.
• Review all-inclusive work instruction documentation for completeness on all retrofits.
• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests.
• Inspect vendor tolling.
• Performing a function test at the end of installation.
• If any major defects are found during the tests, the retrofit
